The correct url is http://grooveshark.com/#!/s/God+Has+Everything+Under+Control/4rCFy9?src=5. Since it contain some shell special characters, you'll need to escape them or enclose the url: youtube-dl 'http://grooveshark.com/#!/s/God+Has+Everything+Under+Control/4rCFy9?src=5'.

yesterday it would not work with "#!" and ' ', today it do.
