I'm using TunnelBear to watch video on which is restricted to France only: http://culturebox.francetvinfo.fr/festivals/fetez-la-danse-avec-le-ballet-de-lopera-de-paris/direct-regardez-la-soiree-ballet-a-lopera-de-paris-190599
Using TunnelBear I managed to watched it, but when I tried to download the video, this showed up:

Is there a different command line instruction to use to get the video? Please help, thank you!

It's not related to proxying.
I'm in France and I've the same problem for the same stream :)

Yes, a VPN is transparent; there is no application configuration required, or even possible. Therefore, this is likely a problem of francetvinfo.fr, not of TunnelBear or youtube-dl.

I'll try at work, but a friend of mine can watch it on the flash player, so it may be a new kind of protection (IP banlist ?) for some special shows.

Thank you, fyi the other videos (that are not geo-blocked) can be downloaded without problem.

I confirm that using OVH network, free ADSL network or renater, it's still 403.
