culturebox.francetvinfo.fr: 403 error with the mp4 urls

Hi,
When trying to download with youtube-dl version 2014.10.13 (latest) from this page
http://culturebox.francetvinfo.fr/festivals/avignon-in/avignon-2014-henry-vi-par-thomas-jolly-episode-1-159663
I get an error 403 : Forbidden
Is there something (a switch I have to set by example) I can do or is it a limitation ?

As a temporary workaround, you can run youtube-dl 'http://culturebox.francetvinfo.fr/festivals/avignon-in/avignon-2014-henry-vi-par-thomas-jolly-episode-1-159663' -f f4m-2173, which will download other format.
But we need to try to fix the mp4 file download or use the f4m manifest instead.
