YouTube format 171 incorrect quality specified. #3972

YouTube format 171 is a 128kbps~ Vorbis stream (I think technically its variable bitrate @ q4)

48k is most likely the sample rate, and it definitely sounds better than any 48k Vorbis I've ever heard.

MediaInfo says otherwise:
