inlineframe links in generic info extractor

The <iframe> links without http:// prefix doesn't work in generic information extractor.
Could please add support to include this functionality.
eg:.

<iframe src="//player.vimeo.com/video/108238808" webkitallowfullscreen="" mozallowfullscreen="" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="401" width="496"></iframe>

For future reports, please post the output of youtube-dl THE_URL --verbose, it helps us to debug the issue and check if you are running an outdated version.
