youtube-dl cannot dowload from YouTube new video

Hello,
I'm try to catch up video from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbVBpbZVHTQ but the result is:
ERROR: no conn or url_encoded_fmt_stream_map information found in video info
I try to read video_info but there is nothing about url_encoded_fmt_stream_map flag.

It seems like this is no longer an issue? I just testing this (on OSX) with version 2014.01.22.3 and the video downloaded ok.

I works now, although you'll need to have ffmpeg or avconv installed.
