I get an error as follows ;

Per the instructions:
"Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its
complete output."

So please run youtube-dl --verbose
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqENObJYH-k and give us the output.

First of all, you should never run youtube-dl as root, unless you are updating it. While we do our best to make youtube-dl as secure as we can, it does not need root privileges and should therefore run as a non-root user.

HTTP 503 errors are very likely caused by either local or network issues, although I agree that a failed age confirmation should not be fatal. The download works fine on all of my machines (from various networks), so I presume a localized issue with YouTube. Can you reproduce the problem from another machine (at another ISP, if possible in a different country)?

By the way, for effective bug reports, just copy and paste (or redirect) the output. That makes it far more accessible than screenshots.

The problem was occurred after we updated youtube-dl with in 2 days. The problem continues even I tried different country IPs.

The original problem was that the age_confirm URL redirect to https://ipv4.google.com/sorry/IndexRedirect?continue=https://www.youtube.com/verify_age%3Fnext_url%3D/%26gl%3DUS%26hl%3Den&q=CGMSBLIhxFUYjMC1ogUiGQDxp4NLqjsaiyJgaWmGzvRMLGEWcP2l9bQ . Worked around by making this non-fatal.
