Resume support for 220.ro and trilulilu.ro

Please resume support for 220.ro and trilulilu.ro. Downloads do not work from these sites since the sites changed in the latest year.
Also please add support for trilulilu.ro audio.An example of audio url is http://www.trilulilu.ro/?mimetype=audio#ref=mimetype_filter_audio

The 220.ro extractor has been fixed and will be available in the next version of youtube-dl. Thank you for the report.

In the future, please open separate issues for different websites/problems/support requests. This helps us to keep better track of unfixed issues. Also, in the future please include the output you get when you run youtube-dl with the --verbose flag on the desired URL - it helps us debug the issue and saves us time which we would waste asking/waiting for more information.
