E.g. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=video&cd=1&ved=...&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D-6pMFsrnKOQ&ei=...&usg=...&sig2=...
This is what I get when pulling a link from the google search result page to a terminal

IMHO this should not be implemented. This is for a link that Google is
providing you in their search results page so that when you click on it
they can track that you clicked that link for that search, then redirect
you to the real page.

You can just as well click on the link and let it redirect you, then
copy the real URL. But take into account a Google search result URL is
not a video URL, period. And if youtube-dl starts supporting this,
someone may wonder why other click-through link formats from other
search engines are not supported, so I say let it stay the way it is.
