Youtube allow to starts/ends the video where you want without having to download the full video
example:
http://youtube.com/embed/r3CYgOK7n1k?start=83&end=86
Only a part of the video is downloaded, not the whole. It would be nice if youtube-dl could only download a part of the video too.
