In my webbrowser I get a blank site with a 404/403 error code when I navigate to https://www.youtube.com/user/JapanGameShowTube/videos , so this looks to be expected. Don't you get the same result?

yes, the page is closed now, but one week ago it was still available. So I was trying to continue my download. I have created this issue report, because I think it could help you.

Sorry, but youtube-dl can just relay YouTube's error then.
