Issues with the manpages

Hi.

I got a bugreport on Debian that, apparently, there is conflicting information regarding what is the user's configuration file:

I suspect that ~/.config/youtube-dl.conf is the correct one (haven't read the code). If that's correct, would you like me to send a patch?

This is just a documentation issue. Any of the locations work, we should just document one consistently. Will be fixed in the next release, thanks for creating the issue!
