For HLS streams, --recode-video should enforce a particular container in the first place #4455

To download HLS streams, youtube-dl uses ffmpeg to put the video in an MP4 container. When additionally --recode-video is specified on the command line, ffmpeg is run twice: first to download the video, and second to repack it in the requested container. I would like youtube-dl to put the video in the requested container directly.
