This is warranted; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fr3I54p2qhE does indeed show the message. Pass in -i to ignore the error and continue downloading the playlist.

Ahh, Thanks. This should be on by default, and spit out all videos that
couldnt be downloaded at the end
