Works fine for me. Can you post the output you get when you add |
|
./youtube-dl -v "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6y-sO2v4Lo" -o - |
|
You have a file literally named |
youtube-dl version 2014.12.17
./youtube-dl "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g6y-sO2v4Lo" -o -
[youtube] g6y-sO2v4Lo: Downloading webpage
[youtube] g6y-sO2v4Lo: Extracting video information
[youtube] g6y-sO2v4Lo: Downloading DASH manifest
[download] - has already been downloaded
I was expecting it to redirect to stdout, since help says so(" Use - to output to stdout"). It looked like it worked well in previous versions.
