Video quality option #4513

Is there a way to download a video with the required quality like 720p,1080p & etc.
So if not, what Im suggesting is to make a command line option to do so. Then the command would be like.
eg:- youtube-dl -quality 720p

Use -F option to list all the available formats and -f to download particular format.
