On a browser I get redirected to http://grooveshark.com/#!/s/FUSE/51H8cy?src=5 (notice the #!), which does work. Where did you get the url from?

Unfortunately Grooveshark was shut down yesterday. See the announcement at http://grooveshark.com/. Closing.
