Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, downloading that video works fine for me, so I cannot reproduce the problem. Do you see the problem from multiple ISPs?

oh, I from china . but I used ShadowSockets. chrome works fine. maybe it not really global proxy!. thx..

Shadowsock is a SOCKS5 proxy. youtube-dl hasn't been given any indication of that, and we lack SOCKS5 support anyways.
