As you see below this youtube video won't download

It's a shell trick. You need to enclose your URLs in double quotes or escape the special characters if they contain "?", "&", "=". For example:

youtube-dl -v "https://www.youtube.com/watch?sns=em&v=tiOTso4RzUU&app=desktop"
