Support alternate playlist types

Currently the download videos from playlist option does not work for lists like: http://www.youtube.com/course?list=EC87898FD0A141069E

Hm, seems to work fine for me. Are you using the latest version from the git repository, or a precompiled one?

God, we need to issue a new release, we already added and fixed a bunch of things... @phihag can I?
