this is the output of an exemple : youtube-dl -F http://add-anime.net/watch_video.php?v=MDUGWYKNGBD8

[AddAnime] MDUGWYKNGBD8: Downloading webpage
[info] Available formats for MDUGWYKNGBD8:
format code  extension  resolution note
hq           mp4        unknown    
normal       mp4        unknown    (best)

the hq format is better then the normal format.
i'm using python 3
