--playlist-start is ignored ?

try to download a playlist, and start at item 85 with following line:

youtube-dl -i  --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 --playlist-start 85 https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PLC9FE786404261976

the --playlist-start parameter seems to be ignored it always starts to download from start
