Version 2015.04.26 downloads all versions

I have been using youtube-dl for many months with great success with an alias to this command:

youtube-dl -ciw --no-mtime --prefer-free-formats --restrict-filenames --download-archive ~/Downloads/YouTubeDownloadedIds --write-sub --sub-lang en

Given a YouTube URL it would download the highest quality free format, now it seems to be downloading all formats and without audio.

What should I do please?
