Was fixed before. Tried again on build 2012.11.29

Tried to use --playlist-start 101, but it just exited.
Url format i used was http://youtube.com/playlist?list=x

I have similar problem. Url http://youtube.com/playlist?list=x&page=n doesn't work too.
