Add support for new URL types

I've came across at least two different common URL types that youtube-dl couldn't recognize.

The first is:

http(s)://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=%id%

(ampersand before v)

and the other is:

http(s)://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=%id%

(and I think the ampersand before v is still the problem)

It's not much of a problem but youtube-dl won't download videos with those URLs all the same.

Thinking of working

youtube-dl 'http(s)://http://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=%id&feature=%feature&whatever=whatever'

cures my heart.
