Unable to extract Title while downloading "Playlist" from Youtube

I am unable to download Youtube playlist due to title not being extracted. Actual version of issue reported on ubuntu terminal is depicted below:

youtube-dl -scitk https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2_aWCzGMAwLZp6LMUKI3cc7pgGsasm2_
