Passworded Vimeo direct link fails, review link works

Hi,
I have 1 Vimeo video, 2 links : 1 direct link, 1 review link. Both prompt for a password when visited unlogged.

youtube-dl https://vimeo.com/12345 --video-password=password --get-url -f best --verbose
youtube-dl https://vimeo.com/account/review/12345/67890 --video-password=password --get-url -f best --verbose

The passworded review link works with youtube-dl, but the direct link fails : ERROR: Wrong password: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized (caused by HTTPError())

I know it used to work so I believe Its a change on the Vimeo side causing the regression?
