I get an error when using the software with php! (2015.08.09 version)

I'm using youtube-dl version 2015.08.09
Process is going smoothly via SSH but I get an error when I try the following code in PHP.

I use this php code:

Add --rm-cache-dir to your php script, run once then remove option.
