I'm able to download publicly available videos from Flickr:

$ youtube-dl 'https://www.flickr.com/photos/l0b0/15870221972/'
[Flickr] 15870221972: Downloading webpage
[Flickr] 15870221972: Downloading first data webpage
[Flickr] 15870221972: Downloading second data webpage
[Flickr] 15870221972: Extracting information
[download] Destination: Guitar slapping street artist-15870221972.mp4
[download] 100% of 2.96MiB in 00:01

Is it possible to download videos which are not publicly available from Flickr? I tried the following:

$ youtube-dl --verbose 'https://www.flickr.com/photos/[user id]/[video id]/'
