Nevertheless, the error is:

Duplicate of #6451. Remove cache with youtube-dl --rm-cache-dir.

i am also getting 403 forbidden

it was stopped working from last 3 days

If you have run youtube-dl --rm-cache-dir and it still fails, please open a new issue and as the error message says: post the full output with the --verbose option.

Its solved, i was using via php with user account
And checking in ssh via root

I tried to clear cache command in both root n user, now youtube-dl working fine
