Pluralsight - banning accounts

Hello!

You need to be careful using pluralsight downloader specially pluralsight:course, they are banning accounts.

I made some pluralsight trial accounts, and if you don't use the necessary params your account will get banned.

As far i know you need to set the download rate to ~250k and a sleep-interval ~30

It's definitely still possible when using with pluralsight. I was 'temporarily' banned (meaning I had to talk with support to be un-banned). Support mentioned '... requests every 10-30 seconds for a prolonged period of time'. I changed the sleep interval to 45-55 seconds, instead of the 3-5 seconds currently in the pluralsight.py, to (hopefully) avoid any further issues.

So I try to add a proxy and it works.
