running make introduces diff

running make introduces a diff in files that are in the repsitory

I think this should not happen, so ether the diff should be in the repo or the make does something wrong

Changes to docs/supportedsites.md and new options/updated help messages in the README.md are only committed when doing a release. In my case I get the same README.md and the changes in docs/supportedsites.md are because there have been updates in the extractors.

Depending on what you want to do, you may just run a specific target (like make youtube-dl).

FYI: A known bug causes lots of contents change in README.md with make. It is fixed in a4c46ac, which is still under review.
