I would like the ability to provide a link to a user's playlists then from there download each file to a directory with the playlists name.

Example
Link: http://www.youtube.com/user/JustLikeSteeling/videos?view=1&flow=grid
It would create a new directory for each meet

This works today but it's a bit of a manual process.

+1 for this feature.
Currently I use bash scripts to create a folder, cd in and download.

That said, I still couldn't handle playlist like this:
http://www.youtube.com/course?list=ECB2BE3D6CA77BB8F7
My script is too naive to parse the playlist name within the page.

This means, youtube-dl could have an ability to report playlist/movie
info in some printf-style either, or have such a tag in filename
pattern. This should be enough, I guess.

We also would have to support list of playlists. That plus #532

This way it could be freely possible.
