It shows as playlist with gives me two mp4 files which should be a single file and they just have the html in it. Just an idea, don't know if it's good: maybe add the functionality that when the content-type header is text/html or text/plain return an error or something?

This looks like copyrighted content. youtube-dl does not support sites dedicated to copyright infringement. Do they have rights to distribute this? If not provide an example URL that does not violate any copyrights.

I don't know, it was just an example url. They have the normal DMCA site & email address, like most other services (nowvideo and a lot of other sites included in youtube-dl). I think the following url doesn't violate copyrights: http://vidbull.com/me4gn6lxm01t.html
