It works fine for me. Can you watch the video on a browser from the same computer? Are you connecting from Spain or other country?

Oh, now I noticed it: When I open the link in my browser, the video (and all others) are just one second long.. Probably because I'm using it in Germany.

Yes, RTVE probably only has the rights for distributing the contents in Spain (I think they don't produce those documentaries themselves), therefore they blocked it in the rest of the world.
