I have got the latest version from github repo, but get following error while downloading video.

You have installed youtube-dl via pip, and that version is outdated. The latest version is 2015.11.10 and does fix this issue. Remove /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/youtube_dl/ and then retry.
