Trying to download periscope video ... video downloads as .mp4 but you're unable to play it out.

Plays fine for me. Try up to date player.

@dstftw just looked at VLC and your correct it plays correct but fails to load on quick time. Any thoughts in regards to video in horizontal and vertical video rotation?

@dstftw also ffprobe fails to get details about the video ... format issues?
