Can't download HD live streams from YouTube

youtube-dl -F [live-url] only lists the 360p streams.
I'm not sure if there'll be a stream up when you look at this bug, but http://www.youtube.com/user/arminvanbuuren/featured may have some 720p livestreams for the next few days.
