./youtube-dl --ignore-errors --no-playlist --all-formats "http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/clips/smp/p03b2hjh"

There is no video playable by this URL. Correct URL is http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/clips#p03b2hjh.
