No subtitles shown for YouTube video

For the following video, which has Closed Captions on YouTube, --list-subs doesn't show any subtitles.

Found the issue. I had used --load-info, but when generating the info I didn't set the option to download subtitles.

Not sure if additional command line parameters when using --load-info should overwrite previous behaviour. I kinda expected that. It works for format selection for example.

It works for format selection because all formats are downloaded regardless of provided options. Subtitles is custom data that is downloaded on demand therefore when you load it from JSON that doesn't contain subtitles you get nothing.
