Getting the following error on Ubuntu 14.0.4.3:

ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 410: Gone; please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug . Be sure to call youtube-dl with the --verbose flag and include its complete output. Make sure you are using the latest version; type youtube-dl -U to update.

Post the full output of youtube-dl when run with --verbose option.

My original post includes the --verbose option.

The command I ran was: youtube-dl -cwi -o "localfilepath/%(title)s.%(ext)s" --download-archive ~/.mydownloads https://www.youtube.com/user/CHANNEL --verbose

It does not. Read carefully the guide linked in my first post and compare the example output with yours.

Sorry about that. Thanks.

I fixed the issue. Running the -v option told me the repository version of youtube-dl I was using was a year old. Manually installed the latest and it fixed the issue.
