Comment translation: The video cannot be downloaded but it can be viewed from the web browser. Apparently it's a public video. Other videos are downloaded without problems.

But I can't play it from the web browser either (which is consistent with the HTTP error 500).

Plays fine with Chrome but not Firefox. Also downloads fine with youtube-dl for me.

I don't have Chrome, but I get HTTP error 500 with an up-to-date youtube-dl too. So I'm guessing it's all server-side.
