Sorry, I answered after reading the email, where the picture is missing.

You have installed two versions of youtube-dl. One via apt-get, one via pip (note the conspicuous absence of mentioning updating in the pip output). As described in our FAQ, type sudo apt-get remove -y youtube-dl to uninstall the apt-get version, and hash -r to make sure that the pip version is being found by your current shell.
