Getting Error 5 on running via .sh #8308

Post the full output of youtube-dl when run with --verbose option.

/dev/sda1 is probably damaged. Try to check for bad blocks or at least write and read the full capacity.

Yes, I think you are right. I pulled out the device and tried connecting it to my windows PC. The folder containing videos was corrupted and not accessible.

I have formatted the device. What should I do to check it?

Should I use Check Flash 1.16.2?

Use any tool for checking for bad blocks.
