I started having this today with 2014.01.22.4 Strange thing is, if I don't choose a format, it works.
But with format specified (I've tried various combinations)

That's probably an error on youtube side (i cannot play the 240p version, only 360p), if that's the case there's nothing we can do, you'll have to download the default format. |

Had the same problem today: $ youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO3TwqRtRr4 Adding -f 18 allowed me to download, though. -f 399 for a higher resolution worked, too. |
