some videos are not working with youtube-dl

Hi , i tried to download this video by youtube-dl on ubuntu server
my last version is 6/3/2016 the latest update

downloading via mp3 working 100% but the links of it are not working
when i click on the link i have white page

actually most of the videos are not working
there is a problem with the decoding ( cipher signature )

Remove -j in order to let youtube-dl download the video. If you are using another program to download, please refer to our FAQ.

I get this mostly when a video is blocked in my country. Try this trick:

Replace:

https://r18---sn-tt17dn7r.googlevideo.com/...

With:

https://redirector.googlevideo.com/...

Unblocks videos for me, no more white page.
