Hi, the "--match-filter" does not work on the "description" key :

I just wanted to download a bunch of videos from a Instagram profile with a specific hashtag. Sadly I can't check for existence of this hashtag since --match-filter doesn't support wildcards or RegEx.
Please add support for it! It would be really powerful.
