Arte.tv downloads in wrong language

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

When I download the video from the example URL above then it is in French and not in German (see 'de' in URL).
Using youtube-dl -g URL, I get following URL:
http://arte.gl-systemhaus.de/am/tvguide/ALL/063946-004-A_SQ_1_VF_02321069_MP4-2200_AMM-Tvguide.mp4

To download it in German it needs to be:
http://arte.gl-systemhaus.de/am/tvguide/ALL/063946-004-A_SQ_1_VOA_02321051_MP4-2200_AMM-Tvguide.mp4

Diff: VF instead of VOA

When I change in line 169 to lang_rexs = [r'VOA', r'VA']

Then it obviously always downloads the German audio.
