fixed, i used ipv6 which is geo bugged sometimes.

Can you elaborate on this more? What do you mean u used ipv6?

When you try to download with IPV6 sometimes it will not work because ipv6 got some issues about geolocalization.
Using an ipv4 it will not happen.
