Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

The Limelight player supports TTML subtitles. Some videos may have both TTML and VTT subtitles, but some may only have TTML. When a video has TTML subtitles they are not downloaded or detected by youtube-dl.

Which region is this available in?

If you mean that particular video, I'm able to access it in the UK and I believe that it is accessible throughout Europe and North America. This issue should apply to any video on Limelight with TTML subtitles though.

It gives an error in Hungary. I'll try proxying it through the UK though.
